Pirts is an ancient european sauna and healing ritual still practiced in the Baltic region.
We work with whisks from different trees, which will be used to give a multi-sensory lymphatic massage and heat treatment to the body.
We work with herbs and salt scrubs and honey.
You will emerge depply cleansed, physically, emotionally, energetically after the ritual.
Connected to your own body, nature and all around you.
Some say it is transformative, a return to the womb, mother earth and our primordial natural state.
It can be deeply healing, to body and soul.
I trained with Ilga Steinerte in Latvia, who is one of the most integral teachers.
