Find Your Own Healing herbs is a journey where I will help you to connect with your intuition, expand your knowledge, access your creativity, and learn about medicine in a whole new way so you can take charge of your own health.
Through experiential learning, we will explore:
Plant tasting
Attuning to herbs through direct experience
Nature walks
Discovering and connecting the plants growing around you
Creative exercises
Unlocking deeper insights through embodied learning
Practical medicine making
Learning the practical skills to make your own medicines from the plants.
You will engage both intuition and intellect to confidently find the herbs that resonate with you.
Each journey will also include a full herbal medicine consultation, so we can work deeply with your specific body and health challenges.

How will the journey unfold?
The Process
Duration: 4 x 2 – 2.5h sessions
The foundation builds over 4 sessions of approximately 2 – 2.5h each, where we will:
Lay the foundation
A herbal consultation looking in depth at your unique constitution and health challenges from birth.
Deepen the experience
Connect with your senses & explore different ways of knowing through practicing plant tasting, creative exercises, and nature walks.
Integrate and expand
Develop your own approach to working with herbs, observation, and self-reflection & creating your own prescription.
Making and Taking
Learn the practical skills to make your own medicine from the plants you have connected to.
By the end, you will have the tools to continually connect to your body and innately refine your herbal practice, trusting yourself to find the right plants for your health and well-being.
